Project Summary
The building includes 250 inpatient beds, with the possibility of setting up more in the future. It will offer new and enhanced mental health and addiction programs, as well as more services for seniors, including dementia care, rehabilitation and complex continuing care, inpatient and outpatient dialysis, and new outpatient clinics and services. There will also be a 24/7 emergency department. The project will focus on sustainable design and construction, with the goal of achieving LEED Silver certification
